Shane Heyworth has been a developer since 18 years old and an entrepreneur since he was 14. An endless hard worker his whole life, Shane started his first business as a web designer after working 5 jobs all summer to earn enough to buy a powerful laptop.

18 years later, Shane is still continuing to refine his craft. While now employing a team and being a leader, Shane still works endlessly to make sure his clients are in love with the work being produced.

Hamilton Web Development was born of his main company, Blacktie Collaborative, as a way to reach the local market more, as they have serviced clients from Hong Kong, California, Australia, Europe and everything in between.

Having lived in Hamilton for several years, Shane realized something - for such a populous area, and basically "Toronto West" - Hamilton was seriously behind in terms of technology being used in local businesses and wants to help businesses willing to up-level against their competition.
